My name is Baboucarr Njie. I was born and raised in a small country called Gambia located in west Africa. If you've ever encountered an African, you'd know that we like to dance to beautiful music and eat delicious food. We believe that music is food to the soul. Hence, as a true Gambian African, I have perfected the art of both: I move my body enhancing its natural tendencies and I feed my body by eating right. This time I am taking another step forward by sharing this art with you. I fell in love with fitness as a young athlete. At the peak of my career, sports injuries and health complications slowed my body down. I spent years learning and self-experimenting on how to rejuvenate the body, mind, and soul. One thing is clear, health and fitness is all about going back to the basics and being consistent in your practice. You may hire the best coach or acquire the best programs but it truly takes discipline, consistency, and your trust in the process to see the results you desire. I like to empower my clients by building a solid foundation. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to make better health choices every step of the way. My motto to achieve anything in life is to maintain DISCIPLINE, CONSISTENCY, SACRIFICE, AND TRUSTING THE PROCESS- "For if you do not make time for your health now, you will be forced to make time for it later!".
