  • Follow your workouts at your own pace. Each exercise includes video demonstrations and notes to help you train with confidence.
  • Weekly Check-In Call
  • Once a week, you’ll connect with Coach Babs for a 15-minute call to review progress, answer questions, and make any program adjustments.
